随着社会经济的快速发展,企业的经济发展水平不断提升,而政工师也在企业中发挥着越来越重要的作用,对于加强企业的思想政治建设,促进企业创新起到了较大的帮助作用。目前,我国仍有许多企业对于政治工作存有一定的误解与偏见,错误认为企业政工只是传统、死板、枯燥的一项工作,政工工作的成效对于企业的经济效益、长期发展并无作用。基于此种思想,现代企业的日常管理、改革规划,把大半的精力投放在了产品运营、项目筹划、财务管理等业务活动上,而对于政工队伍的建设、政工师能力与修养缺乏重视,以至于思想政治工作流于形式,不利于企业文化的构建、内部管理的完善。如何提升政工师的自身修养及工作艺术是企业发展过程中面临的重要问题。据此,如何进一步提升企业政工师自身的修养与工作艺术行为能力已成为相关工作人员最亟待解决的问题之一。我结合实践工作经验,就这一问题谈谈自己的看法与体会。
With the rapid development of society and economy, the level of economic development of enterprises continues to rise, and the political workers are playing an increasingly important role in the enterprises and play a greater helping role in strengthening the ideological and political construction of enterprises and promoting the innovation of enterprises . At present, there are still many enterprises in our country who have some misunderstandings and prejudices about political work. They mistakenly think that the enterprise political work is only a traditional, rigid and boring one. The effectiveness of political work has no effect on the economic benefits and long-term development of the enterprise. Based on this kind of thinking, the daily management and reform planning of the modern enterprise have devoted much of their energy to operational activities such as product operation, project planning and financial management. However, for the construction of the political workforce, there is a lack of emphasis on the ability and cultivation of political workers. As ideological and political work is a mere formality, it is not conducive to the construction of corporate culture and the improvement of internal management. How to enhance the self-cultivation and work of political engineers is an important issue in the process of enterprise development. Accordingly, how to further enhance the self-cultivation and work performance ability of enterprise political workers has become one of the most urgent problems to be solved by the relevant staff. I combine practical work experience, talk about my own views and understand this issue.
