研究了二溴氮肿与 Ｃｒ_２Ｏ_７~（２－）的褪色反应，发现其在硝酸介质中具有高灵敏的反应。Ｃｒ（Ⅵ）量在０～０ ２４μｇ２５ｍＬ内符合比耳定律，其摩尔吸光系数为 １． ５ ×１０~５。可用于水及废水中的铬的测定。
The fading reaction between dibromohydrin and Cr_2O_7 ~ (2-) has been studied and found to be highly sensitive in nitric acid. Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0 ~ 0 24μg 25mL for Cr (Ⅵ). The molar extinction coefficient is 1. 5 × 10 ~ 5. Can be used for determination of chromium in water and wastewater.
