第一章总则第一条本会定名为农民协会(简称农会)省称省农会,县称县农会,区称区农会,乡称乡农会。第二条本会宗旨为团结全体农民,提高农民觉悟,保护农民利益,消灭农村封建剥削制度,发展农业生产,提高农民文化,联合其他各革命阶层,在人民政府领导下,建设新甘肃。
Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 The Association shall be designated as the Farmers Association (hereinafter referred to as the “Association of Peasants”). The province refers to the provincial peasant association, and the county shall refer to the county peasant association, the county district peasant association, and the township peasant association. Article 2 The purpose of this Association is to unite all peasants, raise awareness of peasants, protect the interests of peasants, eliminate the rural feudal system of exploitation, develop agricultural production and enhance the peasant culture, unite with other revolutionary classes and build a new Gansu under the leadership of the people’s government.
