自1988年以来,我们对青光眼合并白内障病人采用白内障囊外摘除联合窦小梁切除术,共治疗25例,效果满意,报告如下。 1 对象与方法 1.1 一般资料 25例25眼,均为慢性闭角型青光眼并发白内障病人。男性18例,女性7例,年龄45—78岁。术前视力光感10例,手动/眼前11例,指数/眼前4例。眼压可用药物控制在正常范围者14例,不能控制的11例。25例病人均不同程度合并有房角闭锁、虹膜萎缩、瞳孔后粘连等并发症。
