某型飞机上使用冷气操纵系统的部件比较多,是该机型比较重要的工作系统。在冷气供压部分中,冷气减压器的常见故障为出口压力不稳、漏气和不减压等;吸潮器的有机玻璃外壳经常出现裂纹和掉块现象。结合冷气减压器和吸潮器的构造原理,对其故障原因进行分析,并提出了相应的修理方案以及维护策略,期望对海军飞机同类附件的修理和维护提供借鉴。
The use of air-conditioners on a certain type of aircraft control system components are more important models of the work of the system. In the cold air supply part, the common fault of the air conditioner decompressor is the instability of the outlet pressure, air leakage and no decompression, etc .; the plexiglass shell of the moisture absorber often has the phenomenon of cracks and block dropping. Combined with the structure principle of air conditioner and moisture absorber, the cause of failure is analyzed, and the corresponding repair plan and maintenance strategy are put forward. It is expected to provide reference for the repair and maintenance of similar attachments of Navy aircraft.
