介绍了多层轮胎胶囊的构造及其制造方法。多层胶囊包括内、外弹性体层,位于胶囊外弹性体层外表面的脱模用涂层以及至少2层纤维增强层。其中,一层嵌入胶囊内外弹性体层之间,另一层位于气囊内弹性体层的内侧。胶囊弹性体外表面上的脱模用涂层采用空气干燥法进行干燥。
The structure of multi-layer tire capsule and its manufacturing method are introduced. The multilayer capsule includes inner and outer elastomeric layers, a release coating on the outer surface of the outer elastomeric layer and at least two fibrous reinforcing layers. Wherein one layer is embedded between the inner and outer elastomer layers of the capsule and the other layer is located inside the inner elastic layer of the balloon. The release coating on the outer surface of the capsule elastomer is dried by air drying.
