气空间在核反应堆及各类热能动力装置是不可避免的,为解决其对系统流动稳定性的影响,在清华大学核能技术设计院的热工水力模拟实验系统上做了实验。结果表明,气空间容积较小时流动稳定性强。通过分析参量之间的关系式,提出气空间容积对系统中重要参数之间反馈关系的影响机理: 气空间容积小,则其压力对系统扰动较为敏感。压力的改变通过对入口欠热度和空泡份额的影响抑制了流量的波动。
Air space is inevitable in nuclear reactors and all kinds of thermal power plants. In order to solve its influence on system flow stability, experiments were carried out on thermal hydraulic simulation system of Tsinghua University Institute of Nuclear Energy Technology. The results show that the flow stability is good when the volume of gas space is small. By analyzing the relationship between the parameters, the mechanism of the influence of the gas volume on the feedback relationship between the important parameters in the system is proposed. When the gas volume is small, the pressure is more sensitive to the system disturbance. The change of pressure suppresses the fluctuation of the flow rate through the influence on the under-heating of the inlet and the volume fraction of the bubble.
