从新时期对信息人才的重要性,浅谈一下在信息时代环境下图书馆信息化人才的培养。随着电子计算机和信息技术的引入,图书馆信息建设发生了深刻变化。信息存储方式、处理方式、服务形式面貌焕然一新。图书馆的角色和职正在转变,从单纯藏书逐步转变为信息服务中心,从传统的藏书式正逐渐变成情报信息综合服务。
