目的了解高职与本科院校学生社会支持、应对方式和生活满意度的差异,为探讨学生社会支持、应对方式和生活满意度之间的关系提供参考依据。方法使用领悟社会支持量表、特质应对方式问卷和多维学生生活满意度量表,对随机抽取的阜阳市高职、“2+3”五年制高职和本科院校各500名学生进行问卷调查。结果高职学生和本科学生的社会支持和积极应对得分高于“2+3”五年制高职学生,本科学生的消极应对方式得分高于高职和“2+3”五年制高职学生,高职学生的生活满意度得分高于“2+3”五年制高职和本科学生,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。社会支持和积极应对方式与生活满意度存在显著正相关;消极应对方式与生活满意度呈负相关;积极应对方式与社会支持呈正相关,而消极应对方式与社会支持呈负相关。结论高职与本科院校学生生活满意度存在差异,良好的社会支持和积极的应对方式有助于提升学生的生活满意度。
Objective To understand the differences of social support, coping styles and life satisfaction among students in higher vocational colleges and undergraduates and to provide reference for exploring the relationship between students’ social support, coping style and life satisfaction. Methods A questionnaire of perceived social support, trait coping style and multi-dimensional life satisfaction scale were used to survey 500 students from five-year higher vocational colleges and undergraduate colleges who were randomly selected from Fuyang City Questionnaire. Results The social support and positive coping scores of higher vocational students and undergraduates were higher than those of “2 + 3 ” five-year vocational college students. The negative coping style scores of undergraduates were higher than those of higher vocational schools and “2 + 3” The life satisfaction scores of senior vocational college students and vocational college students were higher than those of “2 + 3” five-year vocational colleges and undergraduates, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between social support and positive coping style and life satisfaction; negative coping style was negatively correlated with life satisfaction; positive coping style was positively correlated with social support, while negative coping style was negatively correlated with social support. Conclusion There are differences in the life satisfaction of students in higher vocational colleges and undergraduate colleges. Good social support and positive coping styles can help improve students’ life satisfaction.
