附及:一、“双解除”来之于重大决策。中共中央政治局常务委员会4月17日召开会议,专门研究进一步加强非典型肺炎防治工作。中共中央总书记胡锦涛主持会议。会议指出:做好非典型肺炎的防治工作,关系到广大人民群众的身体健康和生命安全,关系到我国改革发展稳定的大局。党中央、国务院对此十分关心,高度重视,多次召开会议研究,采取了—系列重大措施。各地区、各部门按照中央的要求做了大量工作,防治工作取得明显成效。同时也要看到,由于非典型肺炎是一种新发现的疾病,其防治工作具有相当的艰巨性、复杂性。……各级党委和政府一定要从实践“三个代表”重要思想和贯彻十六大精神的高度,进一步认识做好非典型肺炎防治工作的极端重要性,把它作为当前的一项重大任务抓紧抓好。……
