According to the summary of the sixth meeting of the Agricultural Working Group of China and the United States, the inspection team of the small watershed management team of the Chinese Ministry of Forestry was invited to study in the United States for the inspection period from March 17 to March 31, 1989. The inspection team consists of the Science and Education Department of Forestry Department of Guizhou Province and Sichuan Province and the Foreign Affairs Division of the Ministry of Forestry. The purpose of this trip is to broaden their horizons and understand the state of river basin management and scientific research in the United States. To establish contacts and explore more extensive exchanges and cooperation in the future. To learn from experience and provide useful lessons for accelerating river basin governance in both provinces. During the United States, due to the American farmers
