目的了解潍坊市高新区淡色库蚊对3种常用杀虫剂的抗药性水平,为科学使用杀虫剂提供依据。方法浸渍法测定淡色库蚊Ⅲ龄末Ⅳ龄初幼虫对双硫磷、溴氰菊酯和高效氯氰菊酯的半数致死浓度(LC_(50))。结果高新区淡色库蚊对双硫磷和溴氰菊酯产生抗药性,LC_(50)分别为0.004 048、0.001 866,对双硫磷抗性倍数为8.31倍,对溴氰菊酯抗性倍数为3.83倍,而对高效氯氰菊酯较为敏感,LC_(50)为0.001 798,抗性倍数为0.47倍。结论避免单一杀虫剂的长期使用,可与其他种类的杀虫剂交替轮用或复配使用,预防和减缓抗药性的产生。
Objective To understand the resistance level of Culex pipiens pallens to three kinds of commonly used insecticides in Weifang High-tech Zone, and to provide basis for the scientific use of insecticides. Methods The semi-lethal concentration (LC_ (50)) of diphosphorus, deltamethrin and beta-cypermethrin in Culex pipiens pallens Ⅲ end-stage larvae were determined by dipping method. Results The results showed that Culex pipiens pallens in high-tech zones were resistant to diphtheria and deltamethrin. The LC50 values were 0.004 048 and 0.001 866, respectively. The resistance to diphtheria was 8.31-fold, Which is 3.83 times, which is sensitive to beta-cypermethrin. The LC 50 is 0.001 798 and the resistance is 0.47 times. Conclusion Avoid long-term use of single insecticide, with other types of insecticides alternatively round or complex use, prevention and mitigation of drug resistance.
