患者,女,30岁。因“右下腹间歇性疼痛3d,加重伴恶心、呕吐0.5h”于2014-02-01 16:30就医于我院急诊科。3d前,患者乘坐丈夫的摩托车回老家过年,行程约100km,道路崎岖,途中突感右下腹隐痛,伴坠涨感,未介意,到家时感疼痛加重。患者自发病以来无其他不适,发病时停经16余周。患者遂就医当地医院,据当地医院门诊病历记录,查体:腹部膨隆,腹软,右下腹压痛明显,无明显反
Patient, female, 30 years old.
