目的通过连续三年测定陕西省黄陵县克山病病区儿童发中铜、锌、铁、锰、硒含量,并与非病区儿童对比分析,以探讨病区儿童发中铜、锌、铁、锰、硒含量的变化及与克山病的关系。方法用原子吸收光谱法对比测定了三年间黄陵县克山病病区和非病区5~15岁儿童发中铜、锌、铁、锰和硒含量。结果:①病区儿童发铜、锌、锰、硒含量年间无明显差异,且与非病区儿童相比亦无显著性差异;②病区儿童发铁含量年间无明显变化,但组间相比均显著高于非病区儿童。结论病区儿童头发所测元素均无明显年度变化,且发中铜、锌、硒含量接近非病区水平。病区儿童发铁的高水平及其在克山病发病学中的意义值得进一步研究。
OBJECTIVE To determine the content of copper, zinc, iron, manganese and selenium in children hair from Keshan disease district in Huangling County, Shaanxi Province for three consecutive years and to compare with the non-ward children to explore the contents of copper, zinc, Changes of Iron, Manganese and Selenium Contents and Their Relationship with Keshan Disease. Methods The contents of copper, zinc, iron, manganese and selenium in hair of 5-15-year-old children in Keshan disease and non-endemic area in Huangling County were compared by atomic absorption spectrometry. Results: ① There was no significant difference in the content of copper, zinc, manganese and selenium between the children in the ward and the children in the non-ward. There was no significant change in the iron content of children in the ward, Than in non-ward children. Conclusion There is no obvious annual change in the measured hair in the ward children, and the content of copper, zinc and selenium in the hair is close to the non-ward. The high level of iron in ward children and its significance in Keshan disease deserves further study.
