《中国药典》规定，注射青霉素类药物之的必须进行皮肤试验。皮试剂的质量直接关系到皮肤试验的小确比近年本地区数次发生皮试阴件，但在注射青霉类药物过程中印发生严重过敏反应。院亦发生２例，１例为肌注苄星青霉素发生过敏性休克，另１例为静注赈拉山林发生喉入水肿注射的
