In 1987, our institute undertook the design of 40t trolley-type heat treatment furnace of Shenyang Heavy Machinery Factory Heat Treatment Plant. In accordance with the technical requirements of the design of the external committee proposed by the factory, we adopted all-fiber, high-speed burner, fully sealed furnace and air preheater New material and new structure. The control aspect adopts the two-level control of computer and back-up instrumentation, so that the furnace thermal process achieves full automation from ignition to program temperature control. After 4 months of trial production, it was confirmed that the furnace can meet the requirements of various heat treatment processes for large-scale finished products (including low-temperature insulation, heating rate, high-temperature insulation
