南宁市是广西发展城市散装水泥示范城市。半年多来,在市政府和市经贸委的领导下,在自治区散装办的具体指导下,在有关部门的大力支持下,市散办认真组织、实施了示范市工作,并取得了初步成效:水泥散装量和散装率较上年同期大幅度提高,例如2000年1-9月全市共完成散装水泥供应量16.49万吨,比去年同期增长143％,完成区散装水泥办公室下达年度计划的90.55％;散装率为19.17％,比上年同期的9％增长了10个百分点,高于全区的平均水平。我们的具体做法是:
Nanning is a demonstration city for the development of bulk cement in Guangxi.
