目的:了解安氟醚对缺血性预处理心肌抗氧化能力的影响。方法:SD大鼠96只,离体心脏Langendorff灌注,随机分为对照组,安氟醚组,缺血性预处理组和安氟醚加缺血性预处理组。各组均缺血25分钟,复灌30分钟造成心肌损伤,连续监测左室压和心率,分别在缺血前、缺血15分钟和复灌30分钟取心肌测超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)。结果:复灌期实验组心肌舒缩功能的恢复显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。经缺血预处理两组心肌功能的恢复优于单纯安氟醚组(P<0.05)。实验各组SOD活性明显高于对照组,而MDA含量明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。安氟醚加缺血预处理组的SOD,MDA的变化又明显优于其他实验组。结论:安氟醚对缺血预处理心肌的抗氧化能力有明显的增强作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of enflurane on myocardial antioxidant capacity of ischemic preconditioning. Methods: Ninety-six SD rats were perfused with Langendorff in vitro and randomly divided into control group, enflurane group, ischemic preconditioning group and enflurane plus ischemic preconditioning group. The rats in each group were subjected to ischemia for 25 minutes and reperfusion for 30 minutes to cause myocardial damage. Left ventricular pressure and heart rate were continuously monitored. The levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD) And malondialdehyde (MDA). Results: The recovery of myocardial contractile and diastolic function in experimental group was significantly better than that in control group (P <0.05). The myocardial function recovery of ischemic preconditioning group was better than that of enflurane alone group (P <0.05). The SOD activity in each group was significantly higher than that in the control group, while the content of MDA in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.01). The changes of SOD and MDA in enflurane plus ischemic preconditioning group were significantly better than those in other experimental groups. CONCLUSION: Enflurane significantly enhances the anti-oxidative capacity of ischemic preconditioning myocardium.
