天津股权交易所将在探索建立统一市场准入标准、交易规则、交易系统、信息披露、自律监管等方面积累有益经验,为OTC市场建设探路天津股权交易所将于今年年底正式运行。11月5日,天津股权交易所执行总裁钟冠华对《上海国资》表示,该所目前正处于“抓紧准备状态”。这些准备包括相关制度规则的建立完善、项目筛选等。

These preparations include the establishment and improvement of relevant rules and regulations, project screening and so on.
