本试验测定了藕莲膨大过程中地下茎、叶片、叶柄的干物质、可溶性糖、淀粉、粗蛋白、钾含量变化。结果表明:结藕期,藕身(地下茎)可溶性糖含量保持一个稳定的水平,干物质、淀粉含量均呈S型,有一个激增期,至叶片枯黄时,淀粉含量达鲜重的10%。它一方面来源于叶片同化物的直接输送,另一方面来源于叶柄“临时库”的转移。藕身淀粉含量变化规律与钾含量变化一致,但与粗蛋白含量变化不一致。
In this experiment, the dry matter, soluble sugar, starch, crude protein and potassium contents of underground stems, leaves and petioles of lotus root were measured. The results showed that the soluble sugar content of lotus root (underground stem) maintained a stable level at the node of lotus rooting. The content of dry matter and starch were all S phase with an exponential growth phase. When the leaf was yellow, the starch content reached 10% of the fresh weight. It derives, on the one hand, from the direct transport of leaf assimilates and, on the other hand, from the “temporary pool” of petioles. The change rule of starch content in lotus root body is consistent with that of potassium content, but it is inconsistent with the change of crude protein content.
