将剑麻纤维掺入水泥稳定碎石材料中作为公路基层,其研究和利用均较少。本文研究了掺入不同比例剑麻纤维水泥稳定碎石材料的无侧限抗压强度、劈裂强度、抗弯拉强度和抗冲击性能。结果表明:剑麻纤维对水泥稳定碎石的无侧限抗压强度略有改善,但提高幅度不大,对劈裂强度、抗弯拉强度和抗冲击性能的改善效果较明显。因此将剑麻纤维水泥稳定碎石用于公路路面基层,必将提高基层的综合力学性能,减少早期破坏,达到延长路面使用寿命的目的。
Sisal fiber incorporated into the cement stabilized macadam material as the grassroots highway, its research and utilization are less. In this paper, unconfined compressive strength, splitting strength, flexural strength and impact resistance of cement stabilized macadam materials with different proportions of sisal fiber were studied. The results show that the sizing effect of sisal fiber to cement stabilized macadam is slightly improved, but the improvement is not obvious and the improvement effect on splitting strength, flexural strength and impact resistance is obvious. Therefore, the use of sisal fiber cement stabilized gravel for road basement, will improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of the grass-roots level, reduce the early damage, to extend the life of the road purpose.
