主要目标内容 (一)探索现代建筑与古都风貌相结合的新思路,繁荣建筑创作,提高城市设计和建筑设计水平。 (二)按照“小康”要求,改进住宅设计,坚决推开“三大、一小、一多”的住宅设计形式,设计合格率达到100％。厨房、厕浴间等使用功能设计有明显提高。 (三)全面提高总体工程质量,消灭不合格工程,竣工工程质量合格率达到100％。 (四)全面提高小区群体质量。实现布局合理,功能完善,配套齐全,环境建设优美。 (五)依靠科技攻关,综合治理住宅工程质量通病。
