In order to protect the normal operation of the Mudanjiang Line, PetroChina Company and Daqing Oil & Gas Company intervened in the project construction in advance, overcame the difficult living and working conditions and carried out solid and meticulous preparations for the smooth operation of the crude oil pipelines between China and Russia basis.
