患者男,32岁,右眼被防护眼镜碎片击伤2天于1980年9月16日收住院。眼部检查:视力:右眼光感,左眼1.2。右眼球结膜呈混合性充血,角膜中央偏颞侧有一不规则全层裂口,前房内可见积血和晶体皮质,裂隙灯下瞳孔区隐约可见一呈五彩样反光异物。X线片揭示右眼内有一密度低约10×3.5mm~2的异物。住院当日在局麻下行“右眼角膜清创缝合术”。术中探查前房内有硬性异物,磁性试验阴性,因异物较大光滑.试夹出失败,而仅行清创缝合术,吸出晶体皮质。结膜下注
Male, 32 years old, was injured in the right eye by a pair of protective eyeglasses for 2 days and was admitted to hospital on September 16, 1980. Eye examination: visual acuity: Right eye light perception, left eye 1.2. The right eye conjunctiva was a mixed congestion, the temporal side of the cornea has an irregular temporal full thickness rips, anterior chamber visible hemorrhage and crystal cortex, slit lamp pupil area can be seen a faint multicolored samples of reflective foreign body. X-ray film revealed a density of about 10 × 3.5mm ~ 2 in the right eye foreign body.
