去年我们在各级党委的领导和支持下,组织了一个大型的抢救小组,历时一个多月时间,在条件不足的情况下,闯过了六个严重并发症,在抢救过程中有成功的经验,亦有失败的教训,总结过去,为了提高未来,现分述如下: 患者××,男,干部,58岁。自幼有哮喘史,逐年加重,72—74年,连续三年,因咳喘加重三次住院,其中二次为“肺心脑病”,均经治疗缓解后出院。此次又因受凉后,咳嗽加重,同时伴频发室早二日于77年1月23日入院。
