仪器的检查方法很多,但并非在一次检查过程中都用上,有时使用一种方法就可以查出故障,有时则需要用几种方法才能解决问题。这些方法之间是相互联系的,因此一定要在实际工作中不断摸索、实践,才能提高对这些方法的综合运用能力,加快排除故障的速度。 一、参数测量法 参数测量通常用万用表、电容/电感表等测试仪器,检查线路中的工作电压、静态工作电流、对地电阻以及元件参数等来确定故障。测量时应当正确选用仪表及其量程,以免损坏仪表或测得的数据不准确。
There are many ways to check the instrument, but it is not used in one inspection process. Sometimes, one method can be used to detect the fault. Sometimes, several methods are needed to solve the problem. These methods are interrelated. Therefore, we must constantly explore and practice in actual work in order to improve the comprehensive utilization of these methods and speed up the troubleshooting. First, the parameter measurement method Parameter measurement is usually multimeter, capacitor / inductor table and other test equipment, check the line voltage, static current, ground resistance and component parameters to determine the fault. Measurement should be the correct choice of the instrument and its range, so as to avoid damage to the instrument or the measured data inaccurate.
