欧盟在对希腊进行第二轮救助问题上产生分歧,欧债危机再次成为全球关注的焦点。过去一年来,欧洲主权债务危机的发展可谓一波三折。虽然连续对希腊、爱尔兰和葡萄牙等欧元区国家进行了高额救助,但欧债危机并未因此平息。相反,随着希腊形势的恶化,欧盟在如何对希腊进行第二轮救助的问题上暴露明显分歧,危机出现了愈演愈烈的趋势。一边是政局动荡的希腊,一边是争论不休的欧盟,持续一年多的欧元区主权债务危机乱象横生。
The EU has divided on the issue of the second round of bailouts for Greece. The debt crisis in Europe once again becomes the focus of global concern. Over the past year, the development of the European sovereign debt crisis has seen twists and turns. Although the euro zone countries such as Greece, Ireland and Portugal were continuously salvaged, the debt crisis in Europe did not subside. On the contrary, as the situation in Greece worsens, the EU shows obvious disagreement on how to conduct a second round of bailouts for Greece, and the crisis is on the rise. One side is the turmoil in Greece, while the other side is the endless debate. The sovereign debt crisis in the euro area, which lasted for more than a year, has been chaotic.
