以高等学校创新能力提升计划(2011计划)为背景,针对高校图书馆传统管理方式在支持复杂性科学问题协同创新中的不足,提出建立高校多学科协同创新数字图书资源共享服务模式。通过研究复杂性科学问题协同创新中的社会性活动,建立基于开放复杂性系统视角的高校多学科协同创新数字图书资源共享服务体系,并指出高校多学科协同创新数字图书资源共享服务体系是一个“技术—服务”融合系统,最后对该系统的服务和技术两方面的实施措施进行了初步探讨。
In the background of the Innovation Ability Enhancement Program of Colleges and Universities (Plan 2011), aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional management mode of university libraries in supporting collaborative innovation of complex scientific issues, a multidisciplinary and collaborative innovation digital library resource sharing service model is proposed. By studying the social activities in collaborative innovation of complex scientific issues and establishing a multi-disciplinary collaborative innovation digital library resource sharing service system based on the perspective of open complexity system, this paper points out that multi-disciplinary collaborative innovation of digital library resources sharing service system in colleges and universities is a “Technology - service” integration system, and finally the service and technology of the system implementation measures were discussed.
