目的:了解大学生对结核病防治知识核心信息的掌握情况,评价大学生结核病健康教育的效果。方法:对武汉市某高校在校的1332名大学生进行结核病防治的健康教育,教育前后分别进行问卷调查,对调查结果进行描述性统计并评价教育效果。结果:健康教育前后,大学生结核病防治知识核心信息总知晓率分别为53.40%和94.44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);核心信息全部知晓率分别为18.00%和77.08%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);各单一核心信息知晓率也有显著提高(P<0.01)。健康教育前生源地为农村的大学生的知晓率低于生源地为城市的大学生,健康教育后无差别(P>0.01)。结论:大学生结核病健康教育效果良好,包括健康讲座、网络、电视、广播等在内的综合形式的健康教育措施可作为高校健康促进的有效手段。
Objective: To understand the university students grasp the core information of prevention and treatment of tuberculosis, evaluate the effect of tuberculosis health education among college students. Methods: A total of 1332 college students in a university in Wuhan were educated in the prevention and treatment of tuberculosis. Questionnaires were conducted before and after the education. Descriptive statistics were used to evaluate the results of the survey. Results: Before and after health education, the total awareness rate of core information of TB prevention and control among college students was 53.40% and 94.44%, respectively, with significant difference (P <0.01). The overall awareness rate of core information was 18.00% and 77.08%, respectively (P <0.01). The awareness rates of single core information also increased significantly (P <0.01). There was no difference in health awareness among college students who were from rural areas before health education. There was no difference in health education (P> 0.01). Conclusion: The health education for TB among college students works well. The comprehensive forms of health education measures including health talks, internet, television and radio can be used as effective measures for health promotion in colleges and universities.
