高职院校系级教学档案是高职教学档案的主体、核心和重点,是评估院系教学管理水平和教育质量的重要依据之一。文章从高职院校系级教学档案的形成及内容入手,论述了系级教学档案的特点及作用,重点分析了高校院系教学档案管理的现状和存在的一些问题,提出了建设性的意见。
The departmental-level teaching archives of higher vocational colleges are the main body, core and key points of the teaching archives of higher vocational colleges. They are one of the important bases for assessing the teaching management level and the quality of education. Beginning with the formation and content of departmental-level teaching archives in higher vocational colleges, this paper discusses the characteristics and functions of departmental-level teaching archives, and analyzes the current situation and existing problems in the management of teaching archives in colleges and universities and puts forward constructive suggestions .
