目的比较研究胃癌术后早期应用肠内营养与肠外营养支持的治疗效果。方法按照数字表法将2010年1月~2013年4月本科行胃癌根治术的66例患者分成肠内营养组和肠外营养组各33例,比较两组患者术后平均排气时间、平均住院时间以及营养指标的变化。结果肠内营养组术后平均排气时间、平均住院时间均短于肠外营养组,两组比较具差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肠内营养组与肠外营养组营养指标与术前比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);肠内营养组术后1周营养指标与肠外营养组比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论胃癌根治术后应用肠内营养对改善术后胃肠功能、促进快速康复以及改善营养状态的效果好于肠外营养,而且肠内营养更经济和安全,应用前景广泛。
Objective To compare the effect of early enteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition support in patients with gastric cancer after operation. Methods According to the digital meter method, 66 patients undergoing radical gastrectomy from January 2010 to April 2013 were divided into three groups, ie, enteral nutrition group and parenteral nutrition group. The average postoperative exhaust time was compared between the two groups Length of stay, and changes in nutritional indicators. Results The mean duration of postoperative exhaust time and average length of hospital stay in enteral nutrition group were shorter than those in parenteral nutrition group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The nutritional indexes of enteral nutrition group and parenteral nutrition group were significantly different from those of parenteral nutrition group There were significant differences in preoperative difference between the two groups (P <0.05). The nutritional indexes of enteral nutrition group after one week postoperatively were significantly different from those of parenteral nutrition group (P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of enteral nutrition after radical operation on gastric cancer is better than that of parenteral nutrition in improving postoperative gastrointestinal function, promoting rapid recovery and improving nutritional status. Enteral nutrition is more economical and safe and has wide application prospect.
