1999年秋粮收购以来,农发行内蒙古伊克昭盟达拉特旗支行把严格控制粮食收购费用贷款作为降低粮食库存成本,促进企业顺价销售的重要手段,取得了显著成效。截至2000年11月底,全旗粮食购销企业累计收购粮食7480万斤,支行未发放一分钱的收购费用贷款,不但实现了当期收购费用贷款的零增长,而且还从企业实现的销售收入中收回1998年粮食收购费用贷款24万元。
Since the autumn grain acquisition in 1999, the Agricultural Development Bank branch of the Dalate Banner in Iqqiu League in Inner Mongolia has made remarkable achievements in strictly controlling the grain purchase loan as an important means to reduce the cost of grain inventories and promote the sales at a fair price. As of the end of November 2000, the entire grain purchase and sale business had purchased a total of 74.8 million tons of grain and the branch had not issued a penny of acquisition fee loan, which not only achieved zero growth of acquisition expense loan of the current period, but also recovered from sales realized by the enterprise. Annual grain purchase loan 240,000 yuan.
