First, an overview of almost all of the rotating parts of the machinery can not be separated from the bearing, in the mechanical industry, an important part of a large amount of bearing an important part of its speed and level of development directly related to many sectors of the national economy, therefore, Developed countries attach great importance to the production of bearings. There are about 7-8 sets of bearings required for each ton of steel produced. For example, Japan, the United States and the Soviet Union with an annual output of 100 million tons of steel currently have annual output of more than 1 billion sets of bearings. About 230 million sets in our country. Bearing life and the quality of steel metallurgy are very closely related to domestic and foreign metallurgical workers more consistent view is that under normal circumstances the quality of steel metallurgy bearing the impact of about 30%. In the 1960s, Japan, Sweden, the United States and the Soviet Union adopted the second refining to improve the purity of the steel. The controlled rolling and rapid cooling were used to refine the carbides so that the quality of the bearing steel was rapidly improved.
