近段时间,我和市旅游局、重庆交旅集团公司的负责人一起,先后到市内一些生态旅游风景区实地调研,通过一看、二听、三议、四思,感受比较深刻。有一个初步的结论:我市具备国家级乃至世界级的生态旅游资源,拥有潜力无限的生态旅游市场,美中不足的是没有国家级乃至世界级的生态旅游产品。究其原因,主要有以下四个方面:一是项目定位不准。应该说各个景区都有规划,大体都能按照规划去实施,但规划的前瞻性和可行性不得而知,说到底,就是我们的规划缺少“灵魂”的支撑。“魂”在哪里?我以为需要精心策划。遗憾的是,各个景区都没有认真策划,致使各个景区的模式千篇一律,打的都是生态牌,客观地讲,生态牌是各个景区共同拥有的资源,各自的品位、特色显现不出来。我想主要是缺乏文化。万盛黑山谷这个景区应该
