本文简述了激光三角法的厚度测量原理并设计了测量系统,在信号处理部分采用了一种新的CCD信号边沿提取技术并给出了整个检测系统的框图,分析了影响检测精度的主要因素并提出了解决方法。由本系统实验的最终结果表明,该检测系统有很高的测量分辨率,达到了很高的测量精度及重复性精度。
In this paper, the thickness measurement principle of laser triangulation method is introduced and the measurement system is designed. A new signal edge detection technique of CCD is introduced and the block diagram of the whole detection system is given. The main factors affecting the detection accuracy are analyzed And put forward a solution. The final results of the system experiments show that the detection system has a high measurement resolution, to achieve a high measurement accuracy and repeatability.
