本文研究了具有较低层错能的锡磷青铜冷轧变形后的微观结构。结果表明.在室温下轧制时,孪生是塑性变形的机制之一,随着变形量的增加,挛晶的数量增加。大量孪晶的存在对形变后低温退火强化起了重要的作用.
In this paper, the microstructures of cold-rolled tin-phosphorus bronze with lower stacking faults were investigated. The results show that twinning is one of the mechanisms of plastic deformation during rolling at room temperature. As the amount of deformation increases, the number of twinning increases. The existence of a large number of twins after deformation of low temperature annealing has played an important role.
