超声应力测量能够实测机械零件或结构件的体积应力,它在实验应力分析中具有一定的使用价值,可以作为诸应力测量法中的一个补充。本文提出采用锁相技术实现脉冲回波迭加的超声应力测量法,不仅思路新颖,技术先进,还能消除目前采用的各种回波重合法进行应力测量所带来的误差,使测量的时间分辨率很容易达到10~(-8)秒;如果在电路上再作某些改进,随着一些高速电子器件的出现,有可能使它的时间分辨率达到10~(-10)秒;同时还能实现超声应力测量过程的自动化。
