时下我国刑事诉讼法的再修改已经进入关键期,其中,作为犯罪嫌疑人、被告人在刑事诉讼中的合法权益得以保障的关键力量,辩护制度的立法变动相当引人瞩目。在当今的刑事诉讼结构中,作为平衡权力和权利力量对比的重要一环,如何完善刑事辩护制度,是刑事诉讼法再修改的重中之重。
Nowadays, the re-revision of the Criminal Procedure Law of our country has entered a crucial period. The key force that can guarantee the lawful rights and interests of criminal suspects and defendants in criminal proceedings and the legislative changes of the defense system are quite remarkable. In today’s structure of criminal procedure, how to improve the system of criminal defense is the most important part of revising the Criminal Procedure Law, as an important part to balance the power of power with that of power.
