全国各地的学校教学中采用的教学模式诸多,许多学校曾经狂热地追随一些名校的教育教学模式,学校是否遵循了教育教学规律?教师是否认真地思考过这种教学模式是否适合自己学校的学情?去年我有幸参加了在北京举办的全国高效课堂培训班。在学习期间我听了来自诸多名校的初高中优秀教师的现场教学,收获与感想很多。在感叹他校成功的教学模式的同时也在思考我们的教学模式。
There are many teaching modes used in school teaching throughout the country. Many schools have fanatically followed the educational and teaching models of some elite schools. Has the school followed the laws of education and teaching? Has the teacher seriously considered whether such a teaching model suits the school’s learning situation? Last year I was fortunate to have participated in the national efficient classroom training course held in Beijing. During the study period, I listened to the excellent teaching from many high schools and junior high schools in many elite schools. Lamenting his successful teaching model while thinking about our teaching model.
