目的:优选三黄前必治浓缩丸中牛膝和黄柏的醇提工艺。方法:采用正交试验设计法,考察提取次数、回流时间、乙醇浓度、溶媒量4个因素对提取工艺的影响,每个因素设3个水平,以盐酸小檗碱含量、齐墩果酸含量和浸膏得率为考察指标,优选黄柏和牛膝2味药材的乙醇提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为牛膝、黄柏加6倍量65%乙醇,加热回流提取3次,每次1.5h,其余药材加水煎煮。结论:优选的三黄前必治浓缩丸提取工艺安全、稳定,可行,可用于指导三黄前必治浓缩丸的生产。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the alcohol extraction process of Achyranthes bidentata and Cortex Phellodendri in Sanqian Banzhi Concentrated Pills. Methods: The effects of extraction times, reflux time, ethanol concentration, and the amount of solvent on the extraction process were investigated by orthogonal experimental design. Each factor was set at three levels. The contents of berberine hydrochloride, oleanolic acid And extract yield as the index of investigation, preferably ethanol extraction process of two herbs of Cortex Phellodendri and Achyranthes bidentata. Results: The best extraction process for Achyranthes, Treats plus 6 times the amount of 65% ethanol, heat reflux extraction 3 times, each 1.5h, the rest of the herbs boiling water. Conclusion: The optimized extraction process of Sanhuang yellow premix concentrate pills is safe, stable and feasible and can be used to guide the production of Sanhuang yellow pills.
