我院在近期,对本厂部分车间职工进行高血压病普查,现将结果报告分析如下:一、普查的对象方法和结果:凡是20岁以上的工人、干部均列为普查的对象,共查2568人。普查发现高血压者119人,患病率为4.63%。对所有高血压者进行心电图、X线、眼底、血总胆固醇、尿常规检查,其中心电不同程度改变者47人,X线检查心界扩大者有20人,血总胆固醇增高者6人,高血压病分期为高血压病I期72人,高血压病Ⅱ-期47人。二、病因调查分析:1.性别、年龄:男性1892人,患高血压者79人,患病率为4.12%;女性676人,患高血压者40人,患病率为5.91%。年龄21～30岁、31～40岁、41～50岁、51～60岁组,高血压患病率分别为1.38%(11/798)、2.7%(20/
