前些天有厂家打电话到本刊编辑部,询问是否知道专家张德祥的电话。经询问,来电人说,有一位买了家具的顾客来退家具,顾客说请专家看了,专家说这家具做得不好,不到位,顾客因此要求厂家退货。厂家不想得罪顾客,也不想得罪专家,就给退了,但厂家有所不满,说专家不该说坏话,搅了生意。未经张先生同意,编辑部不能把张先生电话告诉来电人,但把信息反馈给了张德祥老师。
