1989年8月12日,我段司机在襄樊站接班,准备驾驶SS_20166机车回段。当检查完毕,合上蓄电池闸刀DCK不久,电子柜背后浓烟滚滚,迅速拉开DCK,检查发现电子柜背后的电线烧损严重,只得附挂回段。回段后,立即组织有关人员对这一故障进行分析。发现是因为蓄电池联线接地造成短路,从而使电子柜上的蓄电池引线过热烧损,并将与其相邻的其它引线烤焦。
August 12, 1989, my driver took over the station in Xiangfan, ready to drive SS_20166 locomotive back. When the inspection is completed, shortly after closing the battery knife DCK, the billowing smoke behind the electronic cabinet quickly pulled out the DCK, and found that the electric wire behind the electronic cabinet was severely damaged and had to be attached to the back section. It is found that the short circuit is caused by the battery connected to the ground, so that the battery lead on the electronic cabinet overheats and burns, and burns the other leads adjacent to it.
