胞浆内精子注射(ICSI)的受精率和妊娠率已超过所有其他的人工授精技术,但仍存在某些未知因素影响着成功率,该文回顾了自1995年8月～1997年12月间776例平均年龄为35岁的患者经历的10417次ICSI,以探讨精子置入点与第二次减数分裂(MII)纺锤体的相对位置对受精率、高质量胚胎率、临床妊娠率和活胎率的影响。
Fertility and pregnancy rates for intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) have surpassed all other AI techniques, but there are still some unknown factors that influence the success rate.
