农药残留是影响蔬菜质量安全的首要因素。本文通过在乌鲁木齐市设施农业中油白菜的药剂对比试验,根据病虫害的发生规律、农药残留情况筛选出高效低毒的化学药剂。试验结果显示:阿维菌素+腈菌·福美双倍量组的抑制率最高,检测值为65.3%;其次是吡蚜酮+多菌灵倍量组,检测值为50%。两组测定值的酶抑制率均≥50%,样品检测为阳性,表示油白菜中有高剂量的有机磷或氨基甲酸酯类农药残留超标。在快速检测过程中阿维菌素+腈菌·福美双和灭幼脲+甲霜·恶霉灵推荐剂量组检测值始终残留量很低,因此,在油白菜生产中推荐使用。
Pesticide residue is the primary factor affecting the quality and safety of vegetables. In this paper, through the comparative experiments on the chemical compatibility of oilseed cabbage in facility agriculture in Urumqi, the chemical agents with high efficiency and low toxicity were screened out according to the occurrence rules of pests and diseases and pesticide residues. The results showed that the highest inhibitory rate of avermectin + noctuorum and thiram was 65.3%, followed by pymetrozine and carbendazim, and the detection value was 50%. The enzyme inhibition rates of the two groups were both ≥50%, and the positive samples showed that there were high levels of organophosphate or carbamate pesticide residues in oilseed rape. In the rapid testing process avermectin + niacin · thiram and mepivacaine mefenamicloxacillin recommended dose group test values ?? always low, therefore, recommended in the production of oil cabbage.
