In this issue of “Six Dynasties Studies”, we publish three articles with different professional backgrounds and different backgrounds but all show new research realms. Wang Zhigao, the author of the three essays, came from Beijing University for archeology while managing the history of the Six Dynasties. Zhang Xuefeng came from the history of Kyoto University and drove the archeology of the Six Dynasties. Chen Gang took the accumulation and technology of modern geography and GIS design into the historical geography of ancient Chinese cities
