党的十八届四中全会召开后,我区迅速掀起学习热潮。从10月24日开始学习全会公报,到10月29日之后学习《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》,我区各级党委、政府,各地党员、干部纷纷创新学习方式,把学习全会精神和地区发展实际相结合,以学习贯彻全会精神为动力,部署抓紧抓好今年末和明年的各项工作。
