赐他靜系内合安乃近0.1克、氨基比林0.2克、安替比林0.2克、苯甲酸鈉咖啡因0.05克的2毫升注射液。有解热鎮痛作用,适用于手术后疼痛、关节痛、肌肉痛、头痛等,其副作用为偶可致粒性白血球减少症。发生过敏性休克者,尚未见有报道。现将我院所见一例因注射赐他靜发生的过敏性休克报告如下,以引起同道注意。病例报告住院号22933,男性,16岁,戏剧学校学员,山西孝义籍。主因发冷发热、咽痛、头痛、流清鼻涕二天于1963年9月17日上午11时来院就诊。查体:发育正常,营养中等,神清合作。皮肤粘膜正常,无周身淋巴結肿大。五官正常,咽部充血,扁桃体1°肿大颈软。心肺无征。腹软,无压痛,肝脾未触及。門診印
