从临床分离获得口腔常见厌氧菌,除非脆弱类杆菌4株外,其余消化球菌及链球菌14株,革兰氏阳性无芽胞杆菌4株,以及需氧及兼性厌氧菌α-溶血链球菌4株对青霉素V敏感,MIC_(50)为≤0.06~0.125mg/L,MIC_(90)为0.125~0.25mg/L,急性牙周及根尖周感染患者的临床症状,白细胞总数和中性粒细胞分类计数在服用青霉素V后3天明显改善和好转。实验结果表明除过敏性体质患者外,并且首次服用后经过观察无变态反应者,耐酸、口服吸收好的青霉素V有较强的抗厌氧菌作用和良好的临床疗效。
