干扰素α(ＩＦＮ α)是目前无干细胞移植条件的Ｐｈ+ 慢性粒细胞白血病 (ＣＧＬ)患者治疗的首选药物。为了进一步提高Ｐｈ+ ＣＧＬ的疗效 ,我们同期前瞻性对照研究了ＩＦＮ α联合高三尖杉酯碱 (ＨＨＴ)与单用ＩＦＮ α维持治疗ＣＧＬ的疗效。现报道如下。1　病例和方法1 1　病

Interferon alpha (IFN alpha) is currently the drug of choice for the treatment of Ph + chronic myeloid leukemia (CGL) patients without stem cell transplantation. In order to further improve the efficacy of Ph + CGL, we prospectively studied the efficacy of IFNα in combination with homoharringtonine (HHT) and IFNα alone in the maintenance of CGL.
